THE Football Association Challenge Cup (FA Cup) semi-final draw took place on Sunday.

It occurred after Aston Villa defeated Preston North 3-0 in the third quarter-final match.

Marcus Rashford scored twice, his first goals for Villa, to secure their place in the final four.

Unai Emery’s side will now face Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium.

Yesterday, Palace defeated Fulham 3-0 at Craven Cottage.

Also on Saturday, Nottingham Forest needed penalties to defeat Brighton.

After 120 minutes, the game finished with a 0-0 score.

Forest have now been drawn to play the winner of the last quarter-final tie between Manchester City and Bournemouth.
